LA to DC: 3000 miles
The day before I left Los Angeles I had my last day of work at the Anderson Business School and my last class as a MLIS student, where I had a ten page paper to turn in. On Friday, September 1st my sublease expired and I had a job interview at noon. Needless to say, I didn’t get finished stuffing up my car till 11PM that night. I made it a couple hours out to Palm Springs, at least getting a couple hundred miles out of the way.
